Neither. The Lotus Emira. Exotic car looks with Toyota reliability. And still cheaper than a 718 GTS (after all the numerous options the GTS would have). Sign me up.

What in the fucking government overreach is going on here?

CarMax and Carvana and other mega used car brokers are facing a market-economics reckoning. When supply of new cars dried up, they (infused with cash from debt) helped bid up the price of all used cars. The impact on the used car market was like whip lash - values went up astronomically.

Yeah, so Carmax’s slowdown is evident. I live next to what must be one of the larger CarMax locations in the region (Fort Worth, Tx) and that lot is PACKED. They’ve even started parking cars in the Walmart lot as overflow. I’ve never seen that in the history of that Carmax, usually it’s just a revolving door of sales.

Can’t wait till auto production gets back to full swing with automakers pumping more cars than people want or need. Causing people to get deals under MSRP again, which will destroy the value of all used cars sold on lots which will eventually trickle down to private sales.

Even with affordable EVs, the problem remains. They’re not appealing. They’re appliances. They do the job of A to B transportation efficiently, and nothing more. Why buy a new appliance when the one you have is still doing the job you need it to perfectly well? When you’re asking people to spend five figures on

I’m surprised they haven't just done a full blown "America: Freedom edition". The big RAM on the tailgate is replaced with USA. The paint scheme will be a red white and blue scheme. The interior will be made from dead Texan cows. Flags will be everywhere, and those flags would have flown on a sortie on a C-130 to give

The real story here is the Ducati. Not so much the specific motorcycle, but that you can go get most any liter bike and have supercar acceleration, for under $20k.

You spend the whole article talking about the weight, but never actually state the weight. Only that it weighs 100 pounds more than another car (with a link to an article about that car). Just state the weight. Or the weight of the 570S so we can do the math.

Well, I mean, they’re not going to be like “oh yeah, huge mistake, we shouldn’t have done this” the month the car launches, are they? I still think they should have just had a clean petrol break and made some flagship AMG EVs. The EQ line is probably the most boring, bland EV lineup on sale today. Every decision they

A 5 cylinder would have probably worked better in the emotion area (has merc ever created a 5 cyl?) they sound insanely exotic for some reason, see Audi TT RS

I feel bad her husband was crushed to death, but she’s the automotive equivalent of a patent troll.  The litigiousness of it all is just kind of gross... glad someone was able to put a stop to her.

I own a current E63 Wagon. It’s my 4th AMG following a CLK Black Series, a C63, and a SLS. The 4-cylinder+battery hybrid is a mistake and it’s dumb. Either string out another generation of turbo V8s or go full EV. They’re trying to ride two horses at once. And in my opinion, its time to move on. The EQE and EQS are

Time to just ban leaded gas in planes, period. There is no justification for keeping it in GA craft at this point.

Still running off an 8 year old platform.

Oh, the critics.

Thanks Ford for refreshing the platform in what is probably its last iteration of a Mustang as we know it.

No need to reinvent the wheel on the doorstep of electrification.
