I lost a lot of respect for her when I learned she was a Scientologist.
One thing that happened in the strike in Poland was that women whose bosses didn’t support the strike just quit their jobs. Not everyone has the privilege/security/ability to do that, but i thought it was pretty ballsy and awesome.

A mom and her cubs. They go down to a greenbelt running through our neighborhood at night, so I don’t hear them much. I thought this photo was cool since they seemed to just be posing.
Plano, TX. A lot of people are complaining about them, but I think they are completely adorable and they help with rats...I wouldn’t let my small dog out in the backyard without supervision though.
That’s an awesome picture. I had one standing right outside my sliding door once, with four little eyes visible in the bushes behind her, but I was too busy calming down the freaked out domesticated cats on the other side of the door to grab my camera.
May I also suggest the following, which is more appropriate than totalitarianism I think. I’ve been considering tweeting passages as I read it, it’s too scary the parallels. I’ve never dog-eared so many pages in one book.
