I don’t think they miss it...I think they don’t understand the importance and therefore don’t care about it. However, this is an opportunity to change minds or just educate them- critical this particular election is.

That’s not going to help the situation. What can help the situation is if those of us who knows better help educate and push them to the poles. Leaders know that they are in a different place than those they must lead...you don’t look down, you do something called lead.

There needs to be massive campaigns and organizing to get people out to the midterms. The problem is people living in a democracy can just be lazy and frankly ignorant of non participation effects. However, leadership in place, with the climate of the country could possible now move them to the poles like never before…
