I’m with ya. I used to have T Mobile but finally switched to Verizon because T Mobile just could not provide me with reliable service in my area. To their credit, they acknowledged this and waived my early contract termination fee (which was insane, like $500 or something) when I left.

Aren’t you on the hook either way if your phone is damaged? The only way to offset that danger is to take out the monthly insurance.
