You’re assuming the Praetorian Guard were the Knights of Ren, which doesn’t seem likely. Snoke refers to Kylo as Master of the Knights, while the guard clearly answered to Snoke alone (evidenced by their reaction to Ben when he gets upset with Snoke).

Why the heck did they zoom in on the guy tasting the salt and have him say, ‘It’s salt’ ? What did that have to do with anything? I was so confused by that scene.

But Ren kills Snoke, not Rey. She isn’t the one moving the lightsaber.

The Jedi are also treated like a myth in ANH, despite the fact that 20 years earlier there were thousands of Jedi and everyone knew who they were. Not only that, but they’re directly blamed for trying to topple the government! It makes far more sense that the exploits of one Jedi who disappeared 15 years ago are

I made the Wizard of Oz reference to a group of friends when we were discussing TLJ. It seemed to me Snoke wanted to *appear* powerful (and undoubtedly had force talents) but wasn’t necessarily as strong as the image he projected. I also thought about Han’s line in TFA where he says that Snoke wanted Ben Solo for his

In my experience Aldi’s meat is not good. Nor the produce. I really couldn’t figure out whet they were for other than cheap junk food.

Cara was only the worst part if you missed all the parts with Joel Kinnaman and Jared Leto.

Floyd is good in small doses. I could never listen to an entire album all the way through - it’s just too much.

He’s one of those actors that can’t elevate z-grade material. Give him good stuff and he’s fine. Also see: Natalie Portman.

Having also seen every episode, I would say the exact opposite. The show drastically improved in season 2. Season 1 is interesting but it’s all plot. The characters just aren’t developed like they are in later seasons.

What kind of monster people are you folks hanging out with that don’t have hand towels or soap? FIND BETTER FRIENDS.

I was just thinking that sounded awfully similar to that plotline with Amanda Peet.

True, but this is designed to be comparable to the 650 line, not the 960, which is $700. I bought one of these Eufy 11's when they were $159 and I have been very happy with it. It’s far quieter than my 650 and actually gets stuck less often. And successfully docks a wee bit more often as well. Not perfect by any

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a perfectly valid opinion. I just know how much it’s going to anger a lot of old-school hardliners and I find that rather funny.

I have to hand it to you, Shep. You are trolling people SO HARD on that Trek business.

Nimoy’s welcome to make his point about Spock, but I disagree with it. Spock didn’t reconcile with his father at the end of the previous movie, he confused his father by making a very human statement which Sarek couldn’t really understand.

The movie treats Kirk/Spock/McCoy *close* to right (though this is the point in the franchise when Shatner stops playing Kirk and just starts playing Shatner). Every other character is treated as the butt of a joke. Scotty is probably the worst recipient in that regard. That scene where he conks his head makes me

If someone is spraying their food with Roundup then they definitely have problems.

Nimoy was very vocal about how much he disliked that scene. It just completely ignores the journey his character had taken in the previous 4 movies. The movie as a whole doesn’t seem to understand the basic beats of the characters at all.

Fairly certain it’s to match the top of the shark’s mouth, which is also red.
