For a hot minute it looked like the one woman (with the wig) turned into Carol from The Walking Dead. I was waiting for zombies to show up.

I love Steve Martin but this was straight-up nonsense. I'm glad he owned his stupidity in tweeting that crap. I don't understand how anyone could defend it.
I'm just saying given that this is supposed to be lighter than your typical Marvel movie, I doubt they'll go that route. If they do go with Pym, I imagine he's going to get a retcon. I'm sure Whedon changed Ultron's origins for practical reasons (why introduce a previously unheard of character and tie his origin into…
He's playing Ant-Man but it's worth mentioning they have not confirmed that he'll be playing Hank Pym. He could be playing Scott Lang or Eric O'Grady. I think one of the reasons Joss Whedon isn't using Pym in Age of Ultron is because he has such an unsavory history (what with the domestic abuse).
I agree. People act like the original run was all roses but it had some clunkers just like the new seasons. And the high points of the new seasons (The Late Phillip J Fry, The Prisoner of Benda) are definitely on par with the high points of the first run.
That one guy has a tremendous bow tie.
Really? I love Tom Baker but I think some of the later Doctors were far darker and less kid-friendly than him.
I think the first thing I saw him in was either Max Headroom or TNG.
His dad is William Morgan Sheppard, a fantastic character actor. He's been in basically everything. They've even done several projects together where they play the younger/older versions of each other.
That's entirely possible. But Adrian Knight was her boyfriend at one point, and he was the one accused of multiple sexual assaults.
Totally understandable, I just really like Mark Sheppard (and his dad) so I wanted to correct that one.
No, Mark Sheppard did play the firestarter guy, but he never dated Gillian Anderson. You're thinking of her boyfriend Adrian Hughes, who was an extra/bit player on the X-Files.
In the show's lore he's a Hessian mercenary, so it's a pretty safe bet he's white.
I take comfort in the fact that this woman will spend the rest of her life cleaning up TP from her property.
My bad, I must have put the wrong code in.
The external battery pack is $35.99, not $26.
Forget the mattress, I think I would have just lit a match and walked away from the house.
Yeah, I explained this downthread to Adam but it's basically just bad wording on my part. I'm in agreement about the ubiquitous nature of it. Though I do think it remains to be seen whether it's actually less harmful than sugar. Corn lobbyists are very careful to say it's 'nutritionally' no different than sugar, but…
I was simply pointing out that it is present in a multitude of items, much as the article itself does.
Many of those products are not exactly what most people would call 'sweet products'. Bread, for example. Or crackers. Or soup.
