Joan Rivers' entire career is built around the fact that she no longer looks even vaguely human, so I don't think this is much to fuss over.

Thank you thank you thank you! I thought I'd goofed up my settings somehow when this showed up.

From a budgetary standpoint, step 1 is not that easy. A cheap 1TB SSD is $600.

I used to love Courtney (har har) but now I just long for the days she doesn't appear in my newsfeed saying something extremely stupid.

I am somewhat surprised that Grunge is beating Spice Girls.

I'm looking forward to this, because it looks like it's closer to the book in the scale of Carrie's rage. In the DePalma movie she just kind of shreds up the school and her own house, but in the book she basically murders half the town.

Was it a rape tree or an angry molesting tree?

No, not sure where you see that. He was an extremely nice and thoughtful man. Quite happy with his chosen profession (and a great lover of movies).

Frank Oz talked about Jane Henson very fondly, and explained that she was the one who helped him in his early days a muppet performer.

There's a point where Kurt Braunohler starts eating the chips she's throwing at him. He doesn't literally turn to the camera and wink, but it's pretty darn close. But I do understand why some wouldn't care for this particular type of humor.

Hackneyed is the perfect word.

Interestingly enough, the movie was co-produced by a major Chinese distributor and apparently they insisted the villain not be Chinese. They're actually creating a special version of the movie just for China, with a bigger Chinese subplot and several actors that are well-known in Chinese cinema.

They're definitely in the same social circle. She's besties with Jason Mantzoukas, who does The League with Kroll (and a bunch of other stuff). It doesn't seem too far-fetched to me.

He's dynamite any time he appears on Comedy Bang Bang.

She may not be The Worst, but she's in the running.

That's possible. I figure desperate people will be more willing to sacrifice outsiders to preserve their immediate social group.

I can see that. It just never bothered me, but I know it bothers a lot of people based on reviews I've read. They probably could have left it at the episode where he gets phone calls from everyone that's died (an episode I really really liked).

Well, Carol told Andrea to fuck the Governor so she could murder him in his sleep, so I don't think she'd have that many reservations about turning over someone who is essentially a stranger in order to save the group that she's bonded with. This is an end-of-the-world scenario, so really, I think Rick being decent is

And that's great, I'm glad someone can take advantage of a good deal. For me, it's the complete opposite. I had T-Mobile for 5 years and just switched to Verizon a few months ago. I had no idea what good service was until the change. And I'm paying nearly $50 less than I was at T-Mobile

It's probably just a case of different strokes. I do agree the female characters have not had the best time of it (other than Carol & Maggie, who actually feel like real people). Lori was awful and Andrea is awful to the max (though at least she finally chose a side).
