As someone who lives in one of the nicer parts of Chicago I appreciate that institutional segregation more than you will ever know. There is something nice about not seeing any gas stations in my neighborhood that advertise the fact they accept EBT.

I’m not usually one to hate on street racing, if you can find some open highway with no one on it and want to let all 500 horses out, go for it. There are plenty of places in North America where a 10-second burst of wide open throttle isn’t endangering anyone other than the driver.
