Well, all I know is that you guys forgot what Star Trek was all about when you endorsed a parody made to sell overpriced clothes over a series with people like Nicholas Meyer, Joe Menosky, and Bryan Fuller involved.

Reminds me of how much this site shat all over “Star Trek: Beyond” before it came out.

I am convinced that Leonard Nimoy and Gene Roddenberry could both come back from the dead and fully endorse this show, and io9 will instead write a 1,500 word article on how Michelle Yeoh being a starship captain directly contradicts “Turnabout Intruder”, and how that somehow makes Discovery a weaker show than TOS.

I saw it at Cannes, so I can answer this question.
