Hmm. I know little of the books, so my assumption was/is that next week they'll figure out that it was Hannibal all along & then he'll vanish, only to pop up next season all serial-killy again. I'd certainly look forward to how Fuller could pull it off, but for now I can't imagine Hannibal getting away w/it much

I'm trying to come up with non-pervy ways to say how much I like looking at Abigail, but I'm failing.

Hannibal's plan can just as easily include making Abigail disappear. That makes it look like a guilty person running, & makes it look like Will helped her run. Regardless, I'll miss Abigail. The colors of the show make her look especially beautiful, in not-pervy kind of way.

Oh hey, I opined about Opie joining the leads up above, but I didn't pay attention to the credits.

Well, Rusty is an excellent replacement for Tenney on Major Crimes Like-for-like, really.

I'm not sure they said exactly who was kidnapped on Maxwell's watch, but if they did, it wasn't a president. King, however, did let a presidential candidate get assassinated. And King also expositoried about his past drinking problem. So at least he felt bad about it.

That would be interesting, whether Danny is irredeemably evil, & his being a sociopath would go a long way toward explaining his demeanor & apparent, occasional sincerity. I'm guessing ABC Family probably isn't going in that direction. It's got enough to keep me interested for now, regardless.

I'm with you. Watched the pilot a couple months ago, & enjoyed it far more than someone my age should. How much they focus on the mystery, vs just the 3 kids (one of whom looks about 25) will determine how good this can be. The mystery is interesting, but there are only so many bodies you can stack up.

A little respect for Peter Watts of Millennium, please.

Nor would there be any aftereffects.

Amen to that. Starting off with a good fight, while surprising us with the new tech, mechs & allies, was far more interesting, bordering on enthralling, than we had any right to hope for from this show, based on past performance.

Fletch

Tom Riley would've been better served turning this down & doing more Monroe.

Yeah, Kiera just sneaked in. Her suit isn't that magical.

Te be fair, one's assumptions about how your partner is getting her prescient info probably don't include time travel.

Rachel Nichols' character must remain front & center. Half, or at least third, the reason I watch this show is her ethereal beauty.

Interesting. I quit A2A in the first season. It felt like they'd stretched an already strained premise to the point of silliness. Maybe it's all explained sufficiently later on, but I didn't have the patience to wait.

The show doesn't need the characters necessarily need to portray any sense of moral ambiguity. They're all convinced of their own righteousness. The show trusts us to understand the messed up nature of bad guys fighting for a better future & good (if we allow that police are good) guys fighting for the fascist future.

Kiera used the invisibility button at the very end of the season, after escaping from the blown up building with Alec. Krycek saw her, hence his unnatural interest in Kiera.

Glad I'm not the only person who calls him Krycek, as he will forever be known. Kind of like Gillian Anderson isn't Gillian Anderson. She's Scully, no matter the actual role.
