Useless character, bad actor – I'm not bothered all that much. It's the idea of his character, what he's doing & what he's a part of, that makes him interesting. Same with Alison's hubbie. Maslany is so good she distracts me from whatever doesn't actually work. And I was totally riveted to my seat for the entirety.

Does Elijah ever really snap, though? He seems too cold & calculating to ever do something without forethought.

So even though Silas grabbed the cure, he's not going to ingest it? I suppose the show can't let him, lest every supernatural ever be loosed upon the world.

I'd prefer a Chuckie-like evil baby. You know, a baby with all the power & brains of a grown hybrid, but with a baby body.

I also watched for Shelley Hennig.

Klaus v Marcel bothers me for the same reason Klaus has always bothered me. He is unkillable & all-powerful. What difference does it make if Marcel's mooks follow Klaus around? They can't stop Klaus doing anything he wants. Apparently Bonnie is the only person who can do that, with the Magic Headache she gives

I'll plead No Contest & let it go at that. Though it turns out she's 21, so at least it's not an illegal creepy perv vibe.

That is FANTASTIC news! The 2nd season of Millennium is one of my all-time favorite seasons of any tv show. Too bad we can't have Peter Watts as well.

I stopped watching Dexter because of Jaime Murray. She annoyed me no end, and still does. I guess it's just her particular brand of creepy I don't like. She really brings the creep here.

Generic good guy or not, Nolan is still mostly an opportunistic, me (and my daughter) first kind of guy. I'm sure he'll grow into good guy sheriff, but he's only staying because where the hell else is he going to go?

Shart, perhaps. Frak worked because it was just fuck modified for tv. Shtako has no pedigree. I feel sorry for the actors having to talk in a synthetic language. I suppose I'm just squeamish that way. Tolkien never interested me. I applaud the effort, though.

Julie Benz is there for people like me who like looking at Julie Benz. I also like her because she was in Taken. I can't really defend her acting.

Tattlecrime is such a silly name, it's funny watching them say it with a straight face.

I think Fuller is just trying to keep everyone happy & not give fuel to anyone who doesn't want the show renewed, whether that be decision-makers at NBC or advertisers. He probably wants to show that he's not difficult to work with. I'd bend over backwards to not piss anyone off if that anyone was brave enough to put

Blame it on the source material. They're looking more for a sort of fidelity there, rather than with real life.

Someone above suggested that Hannibal may have helped him. I'm afraid that's as good an explanation as you're likely to get.

That's just some nifty misdirection from the writers. I'm sure Hannibal's on the up & up. He's so suave & urbane, he can't possibly be up to no good. Reminds me of Sideshow Bob. Someone who speaks German (Danish in this case) can't possibly be bad.

Mine was Little Darlings, with Kristy McNichol & Tatum O'Neal. Oh, Tatum. You were so lovely.

Am I the only one who was stunned by Jack lashing out at Will in the alley? That seemed to come out of nowhere, so much so that I thought Will imagined it.

Which smelling scene? Hannibal first intimated that he knew Bella had cancer, right in front of the unsuspecting Jack (he eventually cottoned on.) And then later we had Hannibal sniffing Will & his aftershave. I suppose it could be that the evil aftershave is responsible for the sleepwalking, but as someone said
