I do own a 3DS, However I also have recently purchased the MGS collection that includes 2, 3, and peace walker, and from my understanding 3 should control like a typical 3rd person Stealth. I couldnt stomach one hour of 2, mostly to the fixed camera in aPS2 Generation "Action Game".
