That's fair ;) I'm using the common second definition of a chameleon, or social chameleon. Something like, "a person who changes in order to fit in or succeed." Also in reference to one of my favorite Spider-Man villains, Chameleon:

Trello is a great tool, but I feel like it's a bit overhyped. There are dozens of other task management tools out there, from Podio to Droptask to Flow and so on, and some of them actually offer much more sophisticated collaboration features and a more intuitive interface.
