Production cost easily offset by profit margin, this is an off the shelf drivetrain- essentially a bolt up and some small mods. Could be easily done on current production line.

Re-read my comment for qualifiers. What I want, Subaru doesn’t make anymore- and when they did it wasn’t terribly reliable (WRX/STI/ Outback XT) and 2/3 were too small. If Subaru made an Outback XT/STi with a 6mt and 300+ HP, I’d buy it.
