As a fellow cyclist, this is why I’m starting to avoid road biking. Luckily I have a bike trail near my house, but I don’t trust drivers anymore. Either they are distracted or assholes to cyclists. No need to try to kill cyclists since they are making you to get somewhere slower. We take up the lane for our safety.

WinBack actually has a decent fanbase. It gets ignored due to the lack of brand power and due to people not realizing the N64 had shooters other than Goldeneye and Doom 64, but it’s always been a fan favorite.

I didn’t realize until I did some quick researching to find out who actually owns the WinBack IP that it was developed by Omega Force. The Koei/Omega Force friendship with Nintendo makes me realize WB’s inclusion was pretty much a no-brainer.

Hopefully starting at the size they were and needing to be sustainable for that long gave them a solid sense of budgeting and the right sense of how far money can and can’t go. $100 million is a lot of money but it’s likely going to be budgeted out over the span of a decade if they’re smart.
