No, they have not, because Noah Oppenheim was President of NBC during Kelly’s employment, and is still NBC’s president. Along with ex-host Matt Lauer and NBC’s blocking Ronan Farrow’s investigation of Harvey Weinstein.

Yeah, I mean that’s part of the Stupid.

Too bad Noah Oppenheim et autres didn’t take the drastic step of asking several people at random if hiring Kelly would be a good idea.

Too bad he’s not a rich, white man who worked for Trump. Or a swim champ rapist. Or a politician/child molester. Or a wealthy du Pont heir who “will not do well in prison,” thus to receive perv-treatment instead of prison.

It helps, me at least, to remember that The View is not presenting us with a collection of great minds.

So what are we looking for in a president?

They should be paid more. They win.

Two unofficial systems of justice; one for the rich and well-connected, and another for everybody else.

That’s just it; it is not “the” oath. There are many different oaths, all of which explicitly require fidelity to the law.

The entire Constitution, and all laws on the books.
