You're missing the point. Fans are mad because the ending ignores 9 seasons of character development. The ending would have worked if the show ended at season 4.

Yea the app notifies you if someone screenshots it. Also there have been articles that say that the images stay on your phone, so if you're good with technology you could probably find them.
