One of the commentaries I heard over the weekend (maybe Ted’s Notebook?) was that this weekend’s protest was a technicality. If no one protested and Racing Point were later found to be in breach, their results for the Hungarian Gran Prix would stand because no one protested them.

I’ve found lately that a lot of the time when companies go bankrupt it’s not because there’s anything wrong with their business model, but because there’s a bunch of corporate shenanigans going on behind the scenes that mean no matter what they do they’re screwed.

Doesn’t appear that enough are.

The car in question is the “S73 AMG wagon” which is an S class wagon with a Pagani Zonda engine and a CL coupe front-end and might be my personal wagon holy grail.

If the side skirts were more restrained and those wheels were swapped out, I'd say this is fine. The side skirts and those wheels look like something a 16 year old picked out for his Civic that he's also going to drop and in which he's going to install a "sick bass tube in the trunk" 

I guess vandalizing a Maserati is pretty bad, but not quite as bad as creating a vile, discriminatory theocracy.

My mate popped in for a cup of coffee with his Khamsin yesterday. Can’t understand why anyone would want to change the shape of one.

Hopefully that opens the door to a Civic Si hatchback.

The problem is, a certain private equity herb has no idea how to run a site network. The pages are so laden down with display ads that it’s made it hard to Google my own work from here. Google mistakes it for spam. :(

The FD RX-7 production was a little sharper and more aggressive looking than the concept.

Kevin Ward killed Kevin Ward.  If you get high and walk out onto a hot track, that’s about what you get.  Stewart didn’t kill anyone.  He was driving his car on a track when a hot head charged him on foot.  

Walk onto a racetrack and throw your hands at a car. You get what you get, chief.

Quality short track racing is some of the most fun you can have as a spectator. Throw me some $6 Coors Lights and a hot dog or two and I am there.

Said this on Reddit. The idea is taking the best of NASCAR and putting it out there for what the “casual” fan wants. Short tracks, short races, beating and banging, and fully balanced cars.

This is what people like to see if you’re not a hardcore fan. It’s like watching local short track races. Beat the bumper off
