I remember when the company started advertising on Facebook and they couldn’t give me a straight answer as to why this thing was better than the Breville. They really couldn’t.

Oh yeah, dealers will totally use shady tactics to try to sell you something. Was in the market recently and found a car priced a couple thousand below competing dealers. Decided to check it out. The car was on rough shape but the first clue that told me something was really wrong is that the airbag light wouldn’t go

A good LP/security person would stop you, request the merchandise back, ask you back to their office to fill out paperwork for their stats and probably let you go. It depends on the situation. If the item was concealed it might be a different story. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard the “I forgot it was

Nope. We don’t need video proof. If I saw you pick up, conceal, and leave with the item. I stop you, get you to return to my office and you either surrender the item or the police find it on you, I can still have the police prosecute you. In fact that’s how I catch most of my shoplifters.

Actually, they do have the right to detain you. Some retailers even allow the use of physical force and are within their rights to do so. In some jurisdictions police won’t even show up unless security/loss prevention have handcuffed the shoplifter.

41k wasted then, he looks nothing like Squall. :/

Don’t feel bad. You do what you have to do to take care of your daughter and if the doc says no, then ok. The server doesn’t need to know the life story. As a former server, I can tell you that most of the time the person is just asking as automatic conversation making, not because we need to know. :)

It can be so hard to accommodate someone with celiacs as well. When my best friend is visiting I go out of my way to find gluten free places to eat and I always keep gluten free flour and soy sauce in my cabinets (I’ll special order gluten free panko as well).

This. My best friend has celiacs and she can’t have any rolls that have crunchy mystery stuff on them because it most likely contains gluten and soy sauce, unless it is specifically gluten free, contains gluten.
