I remember reading some of the bookos off my Dad’s bookshelf.  They were fun reads!  It was Bond-esque, which I enjoyed, and the ones I read were interesting enough to keep the pages turning.  

To be fair, it’s been like that since the aughts. 

If you are like me who doesn’t like blue cheese nor care for ranch, you can replace that with sour cream. I have a cheap recipe and an “All-in” version where i make slow cooked pulled chicken thighs for the dip.  The chicken thighs taste much better.
