True, but it was the second weekend for Spider-Man. It’s going to be a money-winner, that’s all the studios can about. It’s not fantasy baseball.

re: Black Panther, the Coates/Stelfreeze run appears to be a strong influence. Love the costumes and characters.

I sincerely hope Fox sees the bank Spider-Man:Homecoming is making and re-considers their position on FF. The world deserves a Kirby-Krackling, Earth-shattering, family bickering FF movie.

Just imagine that image with a skimpier costume.

re: Kuso - George F-in Clinton!? I’m in.

“Now that the first Inhumans trailer has dropped, I can confidently say that the show looks like it’s going to be a mess.” We have all heard this song before. The haters get out the knives before every new Marvel release. I suppose they will eventually be right, a la a stopped clock.

I could have sworn the panel at the top was either drawn or inked by P. Craig Russell!

Who knew world building would be so hard?

Spoon!

Why did they make it so hard to make Giant Sized Man-Thing?

I was previously indifferent to Justice League, now I am intrigued. Will it be chocolate and peanut butter? Pineapple and pepperoni? Anchovies and garlic? Cautious optimism.

I’m sure it had nothing to do with Captain America being set in WWII.

I understand and agree with some of your points. The major plot point becomes really problematic to the original movie, raising the specter of either a major retcon in the inevitable sequel or bending over backwards to make the pieces fit. In my opinion, however, Prometheus and AC are using the established setting to

Villainception.

I was about to say the same thing. That’s how old I am. Unscarred Nu-Doom frightens me.

re: Powerless. Too bad, I found the show charming and amusing. Have to get my Tudyk fix elsewhere.

That’s not funny, man!

Too soon, too soon...

The scary thing about this sketch and the one he did of Ryan Reynolds prior to Deadpool is that they show he actually can draw. His comics style is by choice, not due to lack of ability.

“...Kylo’s actual face when he’s not wearing the helmet: a gruesome looking scar across his nose and down over his right cheek from his duel with Rey...”
