you dont have to work out hard! healed a shoulder, im on my second bad knee, and got a hernia couple months ago. still do some exercises, and ill be back again in few months sparring.

ive found that lifting weights light and doing cardio slow has the same effects on me. dont stop, just slow down. less days per week or less time and every day.
