Also I really hope that “3-14 times” is a typo because wow is that a very big but also very specific range.

Fwiw I searched as much as I could (within reason) and only found the “women dying in the year after abortion” mentioned on an anti-abortion site, with no links to the supposed original study, no peer review, no methodology etc. So it sounds like total horseshit of course.

Let’s see the source on that absolutely wild claim about women being more likely to die in the year after having an abortion.
