I always wonder how much marketing falls under Hollywood Accounting. These companies are more incentivized to blow tons of money on stuff that doesn’t work than pay people better.
that and metaverse scams, which is essentially what this is. the big players like facebook and epic will push their own poorly managed and easily exploitable marketplaces, all responsibility to not get scammed will fall on the kids, and the companies will take massive cuts in the process.
