Gameplay is secondary to the graphics, as evidenced by all the cutscenes, walking sections, and the extremely low FoV in a genre where readability is extremely important.
I was going to say that Stray doesn’t deserve it but, honestly, neither does God of War.
For sure. I refunded it after an hour. I expect even my indie games to have engaging core mechanics. It's not 2013 anymore.
That’s a lot of stuff, sure, but the only things I’m at all interested here is Sandman, House of the Dragon and Kevin Can Fuck Himself Season 2

Oh c’mon. Disney+ shows got multiple nominations last year. The Boys is another superhero show that got nominated for best drama last year, the latest season of which isn’t eligible for this Emmy so it’s not a snub there either. Squid Game is a genre show from Korea and it got six nominations.
The difference between “movie star” big and “TV star” big amounts to the huge chasm of “does anyone outside the US know them?”
They update the article as the year goes on and Netflix releases new shows/new seasons of old shows, and put it on the front page again in order to get new clicks with each new wave of viewers like you.
