Melatonin used to help me a lot while travelling to get used to jet lag. After settling down now I had problems to fall asleep, though. Sleep is so essential and I am happy to see this topic being raised a lot more now due to the connection to the current healthy living trend. I have suffered under sleep issues myself for quite some time and decided to change something about it. Reading the comments below I can tell that this may not apply to everyone
