I'm living here in dubai too. The number of people that drive huge cars that they don't need always shocks me. Why buy a 7 seated when you have a family of 2 and never go off-road?

I live here and for the past 4 months or so we've been having cold weather and scattered showers, so I suspect the tenants should be okay. By mid-March the temperatures should rise but the real shitstorm begins when it becomes 45-50 degrees Celsius in summer.
