I think this is a very bad, dumb idea. But HIPAA doesn’t apply to a person who voluntary gives away information.

Example: If I tell you I’ve had an erection for longer than 4 hours because of the black market viagra I took...that’s not a HIPAA violation. But if the nurse I went on a date with once who saw me at the ER…
