That's too complex. This is simply a sliding steering rack that the driver can pull on to then pull on both tie rods to change the toe. Mercedes even nicknames it as "trombone steering."

IMO, Sauber did a much better job of fitting in the Alfa Romeo “Scudetto” onto the nose of their car.

The fuzzy headlights are copied from the TZ2. Where they changed the shaped of the housings to add two holes where large foglamps would occasionally sit in.
