Depends, some of the intentional crashes referenced, especially in F1 could fall under that definition. There definitely wasn’t anything Prost could do after Senna rammed him with no rear wing and right rear tyre (and fronts with now absolutely no grip thanks to lack of downforce). In the cases mentioned, we’re not talking about just contact. We’re talking flat out crashing into an opponent to take them out of the race (especially in the cases of Schumacher and Senna, both who did so to win World Championships).

KoFXIV actually has well done 3D models, but terrible lighting. All you need to look at is mods for other games that import the KoFXIV characters in it.
