The obvious answer is that Apple (or whoever) send a technician out to dismantle the phone down to it's component parts and present them to the court.
Seems like the most obvious injury risk in a lightsaber duel that you could still walk away from. Especially if you're fighting someone who doesn't want to kill you, just disarm you. Pun intended.

I remember that my older brother was super into Ghostbusters when we were kids. Our well meaning parents bought us "The GhostBusters" on VHS. At first it was weird, but I grew to like it. Because Tracy the Gorilla. Any TV show with a Gorilla in it is better than a show without one.
