I do the same thing. Seems simpler than pinching.

That is correct. Facebook keeps it FOREVER. This is a breach of privacy since when I delete something I want it gone. Flickr is just adding a 90 day buffer in case you change your mind. That is a feature since it allows you to change your mind but still will remove it after 90 days if you don't. I think you are

It seems the question would be what about people who have a lot of apps running from SD using something like Apps2SD...

I would assume you could do this with Awesome Drop too and that wouldn't require an install on your PC. Or would it not allow you to install the apk?

Lifehackered!

Kevin- Thanks for your contribution to making this blog as awesome as it is. Your posts have certainly been enjoyed! Good luck with your future endeavors!

I tried using OpenDNS with Verizon DSL and it does not work consistently. The filtered categories are still accessible. Anyone know anything about this?

Just tried it out... UI looks really nice. Only problem is it won't import a single video file from my hard drive. When you browse for files in Lightworks, wmv and mp4 don't even show up in the file explorer window and the AVI I tried to import errored out. As nice as this looks, if I can't import video then I'm not

You can pin them once you find a spot you like, so the answer is yes it does let you lock them down.

My personal opinion is that Miren is the best followed closely by Dolphin Mini. Dolphin HD was way too clunky. Opera Mini didn't work all that well and had no support for plugins or sharing mechanisms. Standard browser is slow and does not have tabs. Dolphin Mini is excellent and lightweight. I think the UI on Miren

Try Dolphin Mini (NOT Dolphin HD, there is a difference.)

It won't really get you out of a speeding ticket...

I feel like this was a very badly written article. The author lists things that are bad about Bestbuy (only 1 battery replacement, no water immersion coverage or car accident coverage etc.) but then doesn't say whether squaretrade covers it. So he doesn't really make a equal comparison between the two.

@Posco Grubb: I've found that some companies have systems that do not handle + signs and then either will not take my email or do take it but then causes all sorts of problems later. I am leaning towards stopping to use + signs.

I think it would be useful if you could elaborate a bit on the types of things you would use this wiki for. I understand the concept of a wiki at work but some examples of when it would be useful would help.

@overzeetop001: You do know that there are Adobe AIR versions of a lot of web based todo lists as well as the ability to create a standalone app using Prism or Application shortcuts in Firefox, right? It ends up basically being a desktop app that happens to be web based.

@MrYdobon: I'd like to know this too.

Sounds like a direct rip-off of Pensieve from Dan Cosley at Cornell.

@Whitson Gordon: Those policies are not comparable. See above comment.
