@keziah23: I've used Simply Audiobooks for several years now — same kind of service, but a tiny bit pricier — and their shipping is ~3 days on average.

In reviews of the Samsung NC10, I've often read that it has pretty stellar battery life, like ~7 hours real-world usage. Yet there is no mention of that here.

@Wesley Ferwerda: As an example, I have a maxed out Dell Inspiron 8200, 7 years old, that can still do OK with video editting — haven't tried HD, but HD wasn't a concern in 2002 when I bought it, so that's a bit unfair. I don't run Vista, but XP works great.

I used to have problems with family and friends bringing me their screwed up computers...then I bought this:

I like the image on the right better, but I don't really care either way. I think she needs the makeup/tattoo back though.

I got 42. I had no idea on some of the smaller releases from the 70s and all the crap that no one bought year 2000 and up.

Of course she doesn't like pirating, she has plenty of money to buy whatever she wants video game wise. I would do the same if I had that kind of money as well.

    Make it Santori time!

I love how all the Arcades are always in Cali, but pretty much everyone else in America gets the shaft. Its like that with a lot of stuff :\. If only I could afford to live in a state like that. The only access I have to even buying anything remotely interesting in my state is through the internet.

Best way to help my Akihabara shopping is for someone to give me the large amounts of money it takes just to get there from America. Thanks.

I looked at this a few days ago and was pretty amazed. Her mouth does look a bit off though. The biggest thing I saw was her eyes though. Her eyes move -too- much, they are trying to make it realistic, but its a bit overdone with the eye movement at times. Overall very very amazing though.

I was just playing my Sega Genesis yesterday too! Playing some good ole' Phantasy Star 4 on it. Happy Birthday Sega Genesis, we still love you!

Its always made me sad how arcades have disappeared here in America. I love Arcades to death. Just awhile ago I went on a mad search everywhere in my city to find -any- arcade machines. The best thing I found was just a few at a bowling alley, and really only 1 worth playing. Besides that, there is another bowling

I actually heard of this awhile ago and downloaded the 1992 version. Its actually pretty decent for just low volume back ground music. I played the music while I played my Neo Geo MVS, it was pretty nice :P

Oh man...so amazing that it makes me -hurt-. Would love to have a room like that!

So this sounds so awesome I'm actually going to go buy it right now. Very interesting idea.

Hey - a question that's only slightly related to this post, but... I have 8 gigs of music that I would like to send to someone who lives overseas. Is there an easy way to do this electronically?
