@Norbs: What, you can't have both? My Zune with Zune pass is a great value, while my IOS and Android devices are nice too for their respective tasks. I just think that the Zune has it over apple in the media player department (again, as a strict media player).

No one seemed to think it was too cool when the Zune HD did this...

@MSI, Captain Nonanon: I'd love it if Microsoft came up with a Zune Android app. That would be amazing.

This is similar to the Zune pass, except you get to keep 10 songs DRM free. I'm sure that Spotify's catalog is a little better, but I'm hooked on Zune pass.

@jinushaun: I'm a big fan of Swype. It took a little time to get used to it, but now there's no going back.

@Marshmallow (isn't Stay Puft Man): According to Stephen Toulouse (X box Live's head of enforcement), these will not get you banned in and of themselves. If the firmware is modified to allow cheating, yes.

@Please Help Me: I do have children, and haven't been afraid to swat them on the butt for doing something wrong. I discipline my children, but I wouldn't punch one of them for mouthing off.

@rick23: I worked in law enforcement for 10 years, so I'm not exactly a total pacifist. I just think that punching a 15 year old kid because he is mouthy is childish. How does a person with this level of self control function in society?
