We've tried most of them at the company I work at. I did tech trainings, demos, etc. with many of these tools and Citrix wins hands down with GoToMeeting (or sometimes GoToWebinar for really large groups).

iPod dock? Check out the Kicker docks. I have one for my Zune HD and it kicks butt.
