None of the silhouettes look out of place to me. With the exception of the reaper where it looks like he’s got the mccree hat in silhouette I think it will be fine. Additionally I haven’t seen any comparisons between the characters as they’re running around, it’s all based on their victory screen stances, which isn’t…

The storyline will, apparently, be developed outside the game. So things can be as serious (or not) as they want without getting in the way of the game, much like TF2.

That are pretty great. The character recognition doesn’t strike me as too much of an issue. As you can also easily identify people by animations and multitude of audio ques.
