The vindictive side of me likes it. It is like ABC kicked her in the racist ass by firing her and then kept the boot stuck up in there with keeping the show going without her. It is also a good warning to any other racist ass star that they are expendable and the show will go without them.

Microsoft isn’t really that bad with microtransactions. I mean, I’d get concerned if it was 2K buying them out or possibly UbiSoft, but Microsoft hasn’t been one of the big offenders. Hell even EA is shying away from the things after the backlash.

I think it’s simple: A Star is Born encompasses the most fervent dream and worst nightmare of every one who has ever lived or work in Hollywood or entertainment: the dream of achieving rapid stardom, and the fear of losing it.  

Michel Gondry is the king of these types of things. His video for Cibo Matto’s “Sugar Water”, with two long takes running forwards and backwards simultaneously, then flipping in the middle and running in the opposite direction, still blows my mind.
