This is so weird, talking about this with a friend yesterday.
He’s convinced men and women have different hand/eye coordination settings, which makes stuff like this a sport, as apposed to let’s say Chess, which justifies there being gender specific leagues (I guess).

Well, if you make a 2nd user - hook him up with a US account and then you go back to your primary account, the content you just downloaded will be locked. Unless you make sure you validate the PS4 as your primary device with that 2nd user, something most people forget to mention.

Found what I couldn’t in any other explanation on this matter. You have to make sure you activate the PS4 system as the primary device.

It’s not working, definetly locked, even has a lock symbol.
