Fair enough but omg you have to watch Firefly!

Martin O’Malley was the inspiration for The Wire’s Carcetti character. His run as mayor of Baltimore instituted the broken windows policies that led to the recent riots.

I have a low tolerance for second-hand embarrassment, so I could only watch clips and read transcripts of the Republican debate.

I said in another post about this that I wish Clinton used the opportunity to advocate on behalf of the restaurant workers and their efforts to unionize. It would’ve been a more powerful move to make, in my opinion.

I hear you, but chill out.

I’m pretty used to working at “diverse” organizations in which, sure, there’s plenty of blacks and latinos, but they are all admin or service staff. Self included.

Short of hopping out of a tanning salon into a red Sunfire, this is a pretty freakin’ Jersey story.

I actually prefer this iteration of kinja to the last, if only because it works faster on mobile. I’m also one of those people with a huge desktop monitor who sits slouched and leaned in my chair like a mile away from the screen, so the big font is helpful.

I’m gonna go with $21.96, Bob.

O’Malley’d better make BLM a part of his campaign, considering the policies he enacted in Baltimore helped pave the way for the recent riots.

That’s horrible :(

...where it would’ve been a mass shooting instead.

Clicking to the right works! But it does make me unstar and restar things. Ah well, we’re all friends here. Hopefully that doesn’t annoy anyone.

What difference would that make, in any practical way?

Did y’all ever figure out how to make starred comments appear as starred? I can’t remember shit, and have no idea what I’ve already clicked on and what I haven’t.

I mean, she literally explains in the article how she identifies...

Like Monica and Rachel combined.
