I totally get and completely agree with what she’s saying. “Rape on campuses isn’t always because people are rapists” is a true statement. Sometimes they are rapists, in that they’ve raped someone else before. Other times, like this sh*tbag, they aren’t considered rapists until the moment they’re in the act of raping.
