    Is this a furry thing?

The fuck does a Decepticon key do? Make Michel Bay shit out another terrible movie?

This. $80k was a chunk of fucking change in NSX days. I know all you guys are hedge fund rich and all, but a few of us are poors.

Not all of us pine for stocky men in onsies, Syscrush.

Yeah, 18" would never work, like every car in the WEC for like forever and a day now.

Dunno if it’s intended, but it’ll help with suspension packaging a lot. Getting rid of the swan neck mounts, weird A-arm angles, and high KPIs. It’s a shitshow trying to get the links to work with the goofy, dinky wheels.

Well, that hillbilly stunting is probably all that it’s good for given the calcs, haha.

Yeah, that's not how that works.

    For two laps.

If you do the math on that battery pack, you're pretty much out of charge just after you get the tires up to temp, LOL! I'll pass.

If sugar cane had an anus and could shit, that’s where Red Bull would come from. Why the fuck would I want that on my car? Switch it to Lagavulin please.

What’s this “snow bank” you speak of? Like a place you get that reggae duder’s records?

If only it had a huge, stupid looking grill.

And that’s not even getting into the question: Are ICE motors even at the limit of their respective development? Rules have kept them in a box to adegree.

Yeah, key word (number) here: ‘83. The WSC 3.5 cars (like the XJR-14 he mentioned) of later years were absolute monsters compared to that stuff. Cars were down to just over~700 kg. and could make approaching 10,000 lbs. of downforce at tight circuits. They were just sorely underpowered because of the engine rules.

Agreed 100%. Nice piece of aero development, and just like F1, LMP, etc., it’s all about 1. aero, 2. aero, 3. aero, THEN power unit.

Gotta keep tweaking my diet because I'm not shitting money yet.

    Sweet original content, Jalopnik.  :-|

Who says you can’t do “class A” (which is kinda a bullshit term anyway) in Rhino? Besides, people used to design cars (and planes, and boats) in 2D CAD... scratch that... on fucking paper for, you know, almost a century.

Flat motors block the tunnels and make for shitty stressed members. You would NEVER want one in an ideal car.
