I know how little this means coming from a stranger over the internet, but I’m really sorry to hear about your grandfather.  I starred your post because sometimes personal stories like yours get people to change their behaviours more than abstract guidelines from authorities.

I work in IT so generally my ovaries are punching each other into a blessed state of unconsciousness. When they stir from their mostly comatose state, it does indeed resemble the beating of a heart a-flutter.

As I said in a post when this album first dropped, “Inlet” does not disappoint after Hum’s lengthy absence.

My brother and I will intermittently randomly message each other CAT FUD CAT FUD CAT FUD and the other is obliged to reply OH PLEASE OH PLEASE OH PLEASE.  This is over 30 years after obsessively reading the Far Side Collections over every communication channel we’ve ever used.

I worked for Hum’s record company’s marketing department when “You’d Prefer an Astronaut” was released and it was probably my favourite least successful title that I worked.  I’m so glad “Inlet” didn’t disappoint me.
