I think about the fact that his last conscious moment was underneath several burly meatbags, one of whom had their violent white arms around his carotid artery cutting off the blood supply to his brain. He was never allowed to regain consciousness after that.

I read elsewhere that this minimal sentencing we’re seeing for the Insurrectionists is due to the fact that the DA’s are rolling up the low-hanging fruit and that the more serious charges haven’t been litigated yet. One would hope, anyways.

Unless there was actual video evidence that Williams was harassing people in the neighborhood then no, an investigation for what led up to this will not be necessary.
