With a name like Sting Wray, I’m guessing the original drink used Wray and Nephew’s White Overproof. You might be missing out on a flavor profile by using any white rum. W&N is a Jamacian rum, and that carries a ‘funk’ of esters that you don’t find in something like Bacardi.

I’d object to the soup, just because it’s a ton of salt that you probably don’t need, but other than that, the only thing that seem off is using the soup, cream cheese, *and* heavy cream. Seems a little overkill. Drop the soup, add more cream/cheese to make up the volume, and put diced mushrooms in with the sausage.
