Sorry I'm replying late, but started the semester this week! Thank you so much for the tip. I will try it next weekend. I'm thinking of using these together with handouts so that I don't have "just" readings but a number of different ways for students to process information.

I wonder if someone could help me. I just discovered audiobooks and would like to edit snippets to use in the classroom (posted on BlackBoard). I have an iPad 3 and a bunch of Windows laptop.

Great comment, Hazey Jane. I concur. I think often we try to keep a certain amount of illusion forgetting that true intimacy can only be achieved when people know what we like as well as what we need to get off; conversely they need to know what we do "just" for them and what we really don't like.

Wouldn't the ticks be easier to spot? Any time I found a tick on me, invariably, i was dressed. Being naked has its advantages! ;-)

Thank you! I will check my local library and try them first.

Each state has a different age for statutory rape as well as age of consent. I don't know in which state they live in but this website will tell you if you know... http://age-of-consent.findthedata.org/

Sometimes it's scary how this websites touches upon thing I've been mulling over for some time!

Now playing

Such an interesting post! Thanks for writing it. This made me remember that I really wanted to read Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor's book "My Stroke of Insight."

Thanks! Came in to say just that! Plus they originally came from "The Castrators!" Ha!

Go to her twitter feed, you see she looks more like the one above... But then I realized, maybe after a match she's all pumped up? It's just that her neck is *huge* in the pic above!

Honestly, I did not recognize her at all. This is what she looked like only a couple of years ago. She seems to have grown quite a bit.

Thanks for sharing. Had a friend with similar issues when I was young and I fully understand. Because we grew up in Canada she was able to have everything corrected (as much as possible). It was so exciting to see her blossom, participate in school activities and making new friends! Yes, even with those who used to

Yeah, but it's not up to the officer to press charges; only to inform the D.A. Of the incident.

wow! So impressive... Plus it looks delicious!

I'm an expat from Montréal living in New England! Woot!

Sorry about that. The format is awkward because the real article is not archived and you need to pay to access it. I had tried to see if I could find it somewhere else and could not so I posted this link. If I find the original article, I will come back here to post it.

This article in the Rolling Stone magazine really opened my eyes: http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/make-believe-maverick-20081016

Technically, it is not "legal" tohave dual citizenship under American laws. In fact, the oath that one recites during the ceremony makes you reject your previous citizenship 3 times. I mean, it used to. They had to change it because when they asked long-term Green Card holders why they did not apply, a great majority

Woooosh! Right above your head! ;-)
