Man, everyone always brings up that "HA HA HA HA HA" scene, but really, all the cut-scenes are just as awkward. The transitions are clunky, the editing is terrible, and the camera likes to hang way too long on close-ups of the characters' weird-looking faces.

The Sphere Grid owns. What a smart idea for a level-up system.

Why can't I pause during cut-scenes smh

haha, No worries my friend. I was making a jab ;)

...I'm going to rain on every one of your posts whenever I see them. I know your username. -_-

Calabolg, Final Fantasy X

LOL! I was seriously beginning to question my own sanity for a minute there. Thanks for clarifying haha.

Really? I've played the game almost non-stop since release and i never encountered a way to see your total death count...

And douchebag commenter of the year award goes to......

This game will always be close to my heart. I think I'm going to cry when I finally get my hands on the HD release. The story is so gripping, and draws so many parallels to modern day society (religion vs. technology, advancement at the risk of morals, etc). Plus the music, like you said.

Journey

Six Ways to Pretend You Have a Better Memory

It's awesome cardio. You can burn a pretty massive amount of calories, too. Some songs on the highest difficulty can burn upwards of 200 calories. For just a minute and a half of work, that's pretty astounding.

I got kinda far.. ONCE. I got up to one of the big baddies who could teleport around the stage and had these other "assasin" type characters with him. I could get him down to about half health but would eventually die. I really need to pick it up again.

Me too. I'm trying to pick it up again, to help me get back into an active lifestyle. Working out is not fun, but DDR?? DDR is a BLAST!

AH! I should have mentioned this in the TIPS section, but the other thing that can really help when you get to Heavy mode and beyond is to use the built-in practice mode. I forget what it's called, but there's options to slow down the song and also create a "clap" for each beat/arrow you need to hit. VERY helpful

The game has a sharp curve. I died many times trying to beat the second battle when I first played it back in 2000. So don't feel bad, you're not the only one. It's a seriously challenging game.

Dance Dance Revolution

I'll play the game strictly for the job/battle system. But I'll probably beat FFX:HD long before I bother.

I didn't say anything of the sort. All I said was that theres a timeframe where you want to be cautious of spoilers, to be respectful. 10+ years falls well beyond that, in my opinion. Yes, there will be people playing this game for the first time, but by now they've probably already heard a lot about the game
