I can't believe luffy won using a ps1 controller too..

what do you find iffy about being soul married to an elf ghost blacksmith?

Those two games are like philosophical archenemies.

What does this have to do with the Masamune? Also I remember cruise ship concerts are very important. Do I need to buy a ticket to a Weezer cruise to preserve the timeline?

I am simultaneously amazed and repulsed. Do you think your devotion has more to do with the story in your head or the ocd mechanics of the game?

Sometimes a game is so unwieldy and difficult it's like a personal challenge to your gamehood. Those NES simpson games always struck me like that. It was hard to even get through the first level. For me it was an extremely difficult Ren and Stimpy gameboy game.

I feel the same about cardhunter and kol.

I know, right? I platinumed DMC recently after telling myself I wasn't going to care about that sort of thing anymore. Even during I was totally aware that the Hell and Hell and Heaven and Hell parts were just an unfun grind after beating the game 4 times already. Reptile brain still thinks it was worth it though so…

You've peaked! The milkman portion was my favorite part for sure.
Word on the street is that the Meat Circus is patched up for ease, but there's still one timed climb you're going to have an issue on I think.

Puppeteer might be good too. Its on PS Plus and has some pretty cool stuff

I was sure the ending was a lark until you start digging. Very surprising

To be fair, if you buy the first edition of a Capcom game you haven't been paying very good attention these past few decades

Bum rushing Puppeter. At first it seemed a little childish but after getting through the too-talky opener the creativity has really gotten to me. Very cool levels even if the mechanics are a little janky (most pathetic jump arc I've seen in years).

Games are much better these days. Just ride the dragon with a Let's Play and peace out.

How do you finish L4D2? Every campaign and workshop level?

The game only just starts at Hardcore!

The old Megaman games are like last Starfighter gauntlets to figure out who can save us from Skynet.

Finishing up all the Trophies in DMC and I hate the stutter and load times on the PS3 (got it on plus and well).

I've been trying to platinum DMC and trying and retrying precise unforgiving segments generally proceeds like this-
1. First try of the day. Largest chance of success, possibly due to ambivalence.
2. Repeats 2,3. Focus on what you did right in first run. Try to refine. Chance of success related to RNG or aha! moment
3.

Good call on the Ico connection, just played through the remake a week or so ago and it's striking and rare to play a game where the puzzles are integrated so strongly into the level and movement architecture. My only issue with Brothers is that is was a one track rollercoaster (you generally were following a 3 foot
