Since when Sesame Street has the budget for realistic hair CGI and personality AI?

I love it. I love that one of them is 2D and one of them is CGI at the same time, all over live action. I didn’t even love Rescue Rangers, but I’ll probably watch this.

Talespin is the best show of the lot hands down, it works in any time because it’s mimicking Bogart and Hepburn in the African Queen and other noir-esque films from that era with a heavy dash of Cheers/Moonlighting thrown on top.

To be pedantic, that was a Beowulf bit—and Beowulf had 3 years to improve on Polar Express.

TaleSpin rules.

TaleSpin was my favorite out of all those.

That’s the joke that sold me too. So out-there, dark, and kinda fuckin mean. I love it.

They should have kept the chipmunk style voices though.

Is this maybe a little too clever for Disney+? Needs to go to a more sarcastic streaming service.

There’s also MC Skat Kat, whose owned by...Paula Abul’s label?

The idea of transforming a 2D character into CGI being a cosmetic surgery is such a delicious plot detail. I hate how much creative effort constantly goes into reanimating the dusty corpses of all-but-forgotten IPs from my childhood, but fuck it. This one has my blessing.

No, but it does sound Bright.

You’re telling me someone made up fake Netflix movies and people actually noticed they weren’t real? That doesn’t sound right.

Freezer burn.

And to think Captain America was on ice all that time!

Sebastian Stan IS Armie Hammer in the biopic you’ve all bee starving for!

Setting this film in a horse ranch is an interesting choice. I can’t imagine working with horses on a shoot. While filing Pan’s Labyrinth, del Toro concluded that horses areperverse, nasty motherfuckers.” I had to laugh at that because I agree.

Am I the only who thought Ana de Armas was the best part of Knives Out? I don’t mean this as “damn she’s so hot, I can look at her all day”(I’m gay) but I thought she gave the best performance and really did a great job with it? And that I’m bummed she won’t be in Knives Out 2?

I agree with you and VolunteerProofreader. I think it would have been better to either have a tight Matrix-style explanation that made everything make sense (which admittedly is really hard) or a much looser, handwavey solution (but one that still made sense). Having a solution that tries to make sense and fail is

Erotic thriller with Ana de Armas?  sign me up.  hopefully it chronicles her journey from Milan to Minsk
