Late to the party as always, I just wanted to say that the Tim Curry-narrated audiobooks are fantastic—whenever my kids are listening to them I get sucked in.  Being a children's gateway to Stephin Merritt geekery is a nice bonus.

The one I'm scared of is the Greendale Grenadier.

Some questions that I refuse to answer by rewatching any of this:
1. Didn't Mrs. Alby shoot "Thaddeus" before she shot herself?  How did it grow up then?
2. Didn't Violet stroll next door the first time Jessica Lange introduced her to the psychic? Wasn't she already dead at that point?
3. Which poorly parented…

One thing we can all agree on: this is bar none the definitive Buffalo Springfield documentary.

This.  Exhilarating is the perfect word.   The only other movie I've walked out of gushing about the editing was Battleship Potemkin.
