The valves have pneumatic actuators powered by a compressor which is powered by the crank. So unless the crank is already spinning the valves can’t open. They could theoretically store compressed air and then release it to perform a start like you suggest. It would be kinda fun to hear the engine start with a “pssst”…
This is coming from marketing. It’s an entire department whose sole purpose is to get you to buy things you don’t need. They operate outside the bounds of reason and logic in order to get you to make irrational choices with your wallet. Changing a logo doesn’t need to make sense, it needs to make money.

Le Creuset is the gold standard for enameled dutch ovens, but Lodge makes a reasonable facsimile that won’t break the bank.

Well the green area is basically rich people’s houses, so there isn’t much to do there. The red area varies greatly between high rises, trendy neighborhoods, industrial, not so trendy neighborhoods, and LAX. Also, the map he posted is only about 1/3 of the city.
Its because all the structural/electrical/hvac pieces that you can cram above a drop ceiling willy-nilly are suddenly design elements in an open ceiling and have to look pretty.
